A water bath vaporizer utilizes a custom-made high efficiency heater, circulating hot water or steam to heat the water inside the tank, and then heat the cryogenic liquid inside the heat exchange tube. A full automatic water temperature control system is utilized. The vaporization is quite stable during operation, and the outlet temperature is normal temperature or it can be set as customer's requirements.
Applicability
They are mainly use for heating, vaporizing liquid oxygen(LO2), liquid nitrogen(LN2), liquid argon(LAr), liquefied natural gas(LNG), liquid carbon dioxide(LCO2), ethylene(LC2H4), liquid ammonia(LH3), liquefied petroleum gas(LPG), liquefied dimethylmethane(LC3H8) and other cryogenic liquid.
